Every female realtor who shows a property to a single man has the fear in the back of her mind that she could be sexually assaulted or worse. It does happen, and that’s why the fear is justified. If you’re a realtor this course will first of all teach you how to detect and avoid the attack before you are in over your head, and should you have to defend yourself we’ll give you the skills necessary to survive. We’ll teach you some of the same tricks that undercover cops have to face in high risk situation which parallels your situation.
SCHOOL SHOOTING
Every teacher or school administrator, whether public or private, wonders if they will be the next Columbine High School or Virginia Tech school shooting. It’s happening more frequently and globally. We will come to your school and teach you and your personnel what to do when an actual attack is happening. Why such attacks happen is for the psychologists to figure out and make nice recommendations on paper, but we’re concerned with teaching actual raw survival methods that are literally battlefield and mean streets tested. The chances of the police being on scene at the moment of attack are slim, and you’re going to be on your own. After a horrendous school shooting is reported you always hear about those who were killed or wounded, but virtually nothing on those people who did the right thing to survive.
