Police and military personnel involved in special operations or combat duties wear helmets for their safety. However, in a hand-to-hand fight that very helmet can be used against the person wearing it if the bad guy grabs onto it. Jim Wagner developed several techniques to break free of a person's grasp, and now these techniques are taught to agencies and units around the world.
