The benefits of being a Reality-Based instructor
Low cost, best quality
The Reality-Based Personal Protection system is the most complete self-defense system in the world, even used by law enforcement and military units worldwide, and yet it is reasonably priced. Each course taught personally by Jim Wagner is only $250 USD (200 euro or 125 pounds). The system is modular, so you can fit the courses you need into your schedule, and your budget. To obtain a Level 1 instructor certification is only $1,250 USD (1000 euro or 625 pounds). Other systems can charge up to $10,000 (6.884 euro or 5,123 pounds) for certification, and there are all kinds of strings attached.
No strings attached
When you become a Reality-Based Personal Protection instructor you are NOT REQUIRED to pay us a percentage of your income for teaching our system, you DO NOT have to pay us to be listed on the official website each month, and you still have the freedom to teach other self-defense systems (this does not apply to directors).
Freedom as an instructor
People become instructor certified through Jim Wagner for many reasons. Some people want personal training from Jim Wagner because he is one of the top names in the martial arts world, but they have no intention of teaching in the future. Some want the certification for their resume, such as for security companies, police departments, or military units. Most want the certification so they can teach others and grow their business. Some of these instructors teach under the Reality-Based Personal Protection name while many do not. The choice is entirely yours.
